  1. 1 Aerodrome Audit and Inspection Plan 2024 – 2025

एरोड्रोम सुरक्षा र मानक विभाग (ASSD) नेपाल नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरण (CAAN) को नागरिक उड्डयन सुरक्षा नियमन निर्देशनालय (CASRD) अन्तर्गतको एक विभाग हो जुन 14 अप्रिल 2009 मा स्थापना गरिएको हो:

  1. 1 CAAN द्वारा राष्ट्रिय/अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय अपनाईएको नियम र नियम अनुसार उडान सञ्चालनको एरोड्रोमको प्रमाणीकरण कार्य।
  2. 2 एरोनाटिकल सूचना सेवा (AIS) र एरोड्रोमको प्रमाणित स्थितिको बारेमा अन्य संस्थाहरूलाई सूचनाहरू कार्य गर्दछ।
  3. 3 विशेष गरी सिभिल, इलेक्ट्रोमेकानिकल र फायर सेवाहरूको क्षेत्रमा एरोड्रोम र ग्राउन्ड क्षेत्रमा सुरक्षा निरीक्षण कार्य गर्दछ।

सिभिल, इलेक्ट्रोमेकानिकल र फायर इन्स्पेक्टरहरूले विमानस्थल प्रमाणीकरण नियमन (ACR), Annex-14 र Annex-19 को आधारमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय र आन्तरिक विमानस्थलको एरोड्रोम प्रमाणपत्र जारी गर्न, नवीकरण गर्न र खारेज गर्नका साथै नेपालको रूफटप हेलिप्याडको अनुमतिमा आफ्नो कर्तव्यहरू पूरा गर्छन्। ASSD ले आफ्नो एरोड्रोम म्यानुअल अनुसार जारी एरोड्रोम प्रमाणपत्र, प्रमाणीकरण र परीक्षण सुविधा, उपकरण र एरोड्रोमको प्रक्रियाहरू कायम राख्न नेपालका सबै विमानस्थलमा नियमित रूपमा निगरानी र लेखा परीक्षण कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्दछ। यसमा एरोड्रोम सेफ्टी डिभिजन र एरोड्रोम स्ट्यान्डर्ड डिभिजन गरी दुईवटा डिभिजनहरू छन्।
